Peekaboo NZ Limited is a New Zealand-owned business providing natural cat litter made from cassava — better for your cat, and better for the planet.

2. Eligibility & Use

To shop with us, you must be legally capable of entering into a contract (generally 16+ in NZ), or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our products for anything illegal, unsafe, or in breach of any local laws.

3. Our Products

We aim to show accurate product details, but colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen. From time to time we may change or discontinue products without notice.

Peekaboo litter is for domestic pet use only. Please follow all usage and disposal instructions provided.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD. We’re not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Prices may change at any time. Full payment is required at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service.

Once your order is with the courier, it’s out of our paws — we’re not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened, full-priced products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility.

If your product is faulty, you’re covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For full details, see our returns policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, product names and text on this site belong to Peekaboo NZ Limited. Don’t use or reproduce them without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal info collected is handled according to our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by New Zealand law, we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from using our site or products.

10. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our control (like weather, pandemics, or supply disruptions).
