Shipping
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you're in a rural area, please allow a little extra time for delivery.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping — sorry, world.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our paws.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Urban NZ addresses: 2–4 business days
- Rural NZ addresses: 3–6 business days
These are estimates only. Courier delays or other external factors (like wild weather or public holidays) may cause slight delays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our homepage or product pages.
Peekaboo NZ Limited is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
All parcels are shipped via tracked courier services. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, get in touch at info@peekaboo.co.nz. We’ll work with the courier to get things sorted.
7. Incomplete or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it. Learn more in our returns policy.
